Well, I am going to attempt to start 2022 off right provided COVID cooperates. Currently scheduled to fly into London, departing NYC on the 7th, arriving on the 8th. Then will head to Paris on January 10th and be there until training back to London on the 18th. Will remain in London until the 23rd.
I have been to both London and Paris oodles of times, but this will be my first trip to either since the world shut down in March 2020.
As of now, I have all the lodging booked. I have the Jan 8th dinner meal in London planned (40 Maltby) and have asked the concierge at my hotel to help with the January 10th dinner meal in Paris for my birthday (Currently asking if they can work magic and get me either Arpege, Septime, or David Toutain). Other than that, nothing is really planned.
I definitely want to hit a few of the women owned, women chef restaurants in Paris like Le Servan. I also have been put on the wait list for Mosuke. What are the other great restaurants that I should not miss for both cities? I am trying to compile a large list and then narrow things down from there.
