I'll be in Jamaica tonight for dinner. My guess is, I'll be able to get a good recipe out of whomever for Jerk Chicken.
I made one once for a boat trip. Got the recipe off the computer, as there were several. I used all the ingredients from all the recipes that were missing in some, then combimed. I put the boneless and skinless chicken breasts cut up in the zip bag and then put on the 'barbie' at the lake. I'm not sure even Jamaican recipes will top this winner. But, we'll see *)
