I have a bone-in standing rib roast in my freezer that I need to take out and cook / roast... do something with.
I do not have a grill, but would love any and all suggestion as to what to do with this beef.
It is Monday now -- would like to serve on Friday night. (When to take it out of freezer, when to season, *how to cook, etc. ?????)
