ISO: Sake Experts/Enthusiasts

Good Morning -

Though we drink very little lately (you would think under circumstances it would be the polar opposite...) and when we do, it is typically wine from the cellar; I have a new found interest to expand my knowledge and experiences with Sake.

Clearly it is a craft stemming centuries and as such one could immerse themselves into a lifetime of study - I am looking to those with more experience than I to offer some suggestions for enjoyable expressions at low-mid range price points.

I have been checking out the 'Flagship Sake store' offerings at Woodbine and Hwy 7 (link above) but with so many choices, my limited knowledge is quickly overwhelmed!

Curious to hear what picks you folks might suggest for excellent 'table sake' and perhaps some bottles for special occasions.

Cheers
