Ground pork was almost half the price that 80/20 ground chuck yesterday @ my supermarket so I got the pork. I generally use ground pork mixed with ground beef to make Italian meatballs but I'd like to make something different. I've also made small pork meatballs with Asian flavorings (ginger, cilantro, soy) for hors d'oeuvres but I don't want that either. I'm thinking maybe German, Polish, Russian, Swiss origin served in a brown gravy, maybe with sour cream? Any ideas? Thanks!
