James Beard had a recipe for Mustard Chicken (in IIRC Beard on Food.) Ingredients included sauteed mushrooms and mustard-coated chicken breasts baked in cream. My copy of the book, and this recipe, have disappeared. I've tried googling with no luck. Would someone with the recipe (and a couple of minutes) paraphrase the ingredients and instructions for me? I'm hoping to make this for Fathers Day dinner tomorrow. Thanks very much.
