ISO good eats way out on the M-Line- Randolph/Arch, or at Hayes Street Grill

Okay, so I'm going to a meeting out near the San Francisco Golf Club, waaaaaaaaaay out on the M-line to Randolph, between Arch/Ramsell.

I was wondering if there are good eats out there that I'm missing out on by never leaving the northern half of SF. Fast, comforting, even slightly greasy lunch foods: burritos, tacos, good takeout, a bowl of soup noodles, surprising sandwiches..anything goes. It just needs to be right around that intersection, since I'll have less than an hour to grab a bite.

If not, I'm coming right back up the M-line and eating around Civic Center. What's good at Hayes Street Grill for lunch?
