ISO fried noodles for sachima

Looking for fresh noodles that have been deep fried to make this Chinese treat. Growing up, mom used to buy it from the local noodle company in Seattle's Chinatown. Are there any local SF or Oakland noodle companies that sell this? The noodles have to be the fat, linguini type, not the thin ones.
