What is my safest and best bet? I want interesting and inventive food, with an emphasis on good sauces, that is still really good and consistant. Is WD-50 as good as it sounds? Craft actually sounds a little boring from the reviews I have read. Hearth? Annisa? Blue Hill? Bouley? Others? We will have a party of 7 including one vegetarian (and I would love if she could have more than one choice on the menu). Manhattan or Brooklyn is fine. would like to stick to predominantly American cuisine for this one. We eat enough middle-eastern, italian, indian, cuban, thai etc every other day. TIA
