Judy Creighton former owner of Creighton's next to Tower Market is doing a series of three cheese seminars in March at Leonard's 2001 on Polk Street.
There was a sign on the door at Crighton's and I'm guessing if you call Leonard's they will have more info. Leonard's 2001 (2001 Polk Street, 415-921-2001) Well that seems easy enough to remember.
The new owners seem to really be sprucing up the bakery a bit while keeping much of the old bakery line. It seems, to me, they are phasing out the cheeses though. I didn't ask as I was just dropping by for a cup of Graffeo coffee.
Anyway, for those of you who want to learn more about cheese, I'm sure Judy's sessions will be informative.
BTW, anyone a fan of Leonard's 2001? I was only there once and was put off by the pre-cut cheese. Am I missing a wonderful experience?
