This morning I went to Sea to You for some fish and this was the neatest experience I had there. I appeared they just got a huge shipment of fish in and they were preparing the shipments to go to restaurants. There were pallets of fish everywhere. You could hardly walk around. They were pulling huge carcasses of tuna out of iceboxes and it was neat to watch them cut them up and sort out the various grades based on the fatty content. What was also interesting was that there were labels on various fishes indicating what restaurant they were to be delivered to. Many I know of. Now I know I'm getting the freshest. I've never been there before Noon before so, maybe it's always like this around 9:30am. Whatever, it was pretty cool.
