P Wells reproaches Hiramatsu, in an article entitled "How the Mighty Fall". A negative review of this type is rather unusual for Wells' column.
"If I closed my eyes as I ate the roasted veal I might have guessed tuna or swordfish that was way overcooked and well over the hill. How could a kitchen offer such disparity? And that for 45 euros? No way."
Have members visited recently?
I've only eaten two meals there, the first of which was quite good and the second of which (still some time ago) was poor. Both are available on the board somewhere.
