With the initiation of the homemade pork products operation, the folks at Royal Crown Bakery seem to be expanding their savory offerings as well.

In addition to their individual pizzas (to my taste MUCH superior to Grimaldi's plain pies) and focaccias, on Saturday they were offering a "frittata" a two sided fried spagetti disk with cheese, hot sausage and sliced HB egg inside, as well at torta rustica (this wasnt a newie, but it was good, a mix of sausage hunks, cheese HG eggs and ricotta inside a pastry crust. Both were what the doctor ordered for a cold damp weekend, and they reheated excellently.
