I was so distracted while shopping, that this is what I ended up with, and I'm stumped on what to do. Assume that I have all reasonable other pantry items, spices, onion, garlic, lemons, etc.
My thoughts have run to the basic: Roasted squash, sauteed kale, pan seared pork.
To the more interesting: Szechuan influenced stir fry (I have Szechuan peppercorn oil, powder, etc.).
I want to keep the processed carbs out of it, so no risottos, or pastas, please.
So, what do you come up with?
