Inexpensive Catering in Portland? Ideas?

Hi all,

I was hoping to find recommendations for a good inexpensive catering place in Portland. I'm looking to spend ~$10/head and I have 30 people. Food will be eaten very informally (food is for backstage performers & crew), I would like veggie options as well as some meat, and I would like something that is still good once it is no longer hot.

In the past we have used Nicolas on Grand Ave. and it has always been awesome and perfect for our requirements, but it is a bit too expensive. Last year we spent $500+ for the 'food for 30' lot, yet when my husband and I go there to eat in person, we never seem to be able to spend more than $23ish, AND we have lunch for the next day. I'm looking at potentially Indian food (one of the food carts or Tandoori House--does anyone have experience with them?) or another Lebanese or Middle Eastern place. I would like to hear any ideas anyone has, even if you have no idea of cost (I can just call for that info). Thank you so much in advance!
