Indonesian Chowdown !!!! at Batavia in SF - Sunday, June 19

Han Lukito | Jun 10, 2005 04:27 PM

I will host this Indonesian chowdown. I am Indonesian and I heard lots of good things from other Indonesians and this place is probably the top Indonesian rest. right now.

Indonesian food can probably be described as somewhat like Thai or Malaysian in taste but has many unique things about it that differentiate it. Some dishes are spicy, some are not. Dishes like gado-gado with peanut sauce, satays, the different soups like soto kudus, sop buntut, empal beef, and many interesting dishes from my phone conversation with Regina.

This will be held in the afternoon (very early dinner or very late lunch). Please email me and I will provide the details.
