Indonesian Chowdown at Batavia in SF - rescheduled to June 26

Hello,

Due to Father's day on June 19, I have to postpone it to Sunday, June 26 for dinner. PLS EMAIL ME PRIVATELY IF YOU ARE INTERESTED INSTEAD OF POSTING HERE for more details on the exact time, etc.

Approx cost $10-15 per person (incl tips) depending what we agree to order that day. Usually at chowdowns, we ordered many dishes.

Caveat: This is my first time there, so this is more of an exploratory chowdown.
Another thing, if you are averse to coconut milk, beef, chicken, lamb, pork, seafood, eggs, spicy foods, peanuts - you probably should not join this chowdown because that is what Indonesian food is all about. We will most likely be ordering dishes with those ingredients.

What I heard: competent Indonesian dishes, the crab is cheap, empal beef, fish, soups - so we shall see how good they really are.

Note: this is a privately held event and not connected to Chowhound.com website nor any responsibility to Chowhound.com is implied in anyway.

-Han
