When you go to India, you are faced with a popular food trend...Indian Chinese. The indianized chinese food is based on chinese migrants who left China (called the Hakkas) in the 1800's and early 1900's to settle all over the world. Many setteled in India and began using Indian ingrediants for the chinese food. Anyhow, this food is SOOO good. You cant really call it either Indian or Chinese, it is on a plane of its own.
Anyhow, I am looking for a place in SFV or burbank area that might offer it. Pioneer Blvd in Artesia has started to offer it and Bombay Bite in Westwood has a few dishes (Hakka Noodles and Veg Manchurian).
Any suggestions. Those who havent tried it, should give it a shot.
