I need to increase the volune/amounts of various cake components for a cake i am making. I have been able to perfectly replicate the results following the exact recipe amounts but now need a bigger cake and not confident increasing recipe amounts proportionally will give me more with same results. Recipe I need to increase

1. Vanilla cake base

3 cups cake flour* 300g
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 large eggs room temperature
1 and 1/2 cups caster/granulated sugar 300g
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3/4 cup vegetable oil 180ml
1 cup buttermilk** 240ml, room temperature

2. Swiss butter cream
5 egg whites at room temperature
2 cups unsalted butter 452g, at room temperature
1 ½ cups granulated sugar 300g
1 pinch kosher salt
1 tsp vanilla extract

3, Strawberry cake jam

Fresh strawberry 300 grams
Water 2 tbsp
Lemon juice tbsp
Sugar 200 grams
Vanilla extract 1 tsp

4 cream cheese frosting

Cream cheese 600grams
Soft butter 115grams
Powdered sugar 300grams

The safe option is to make more than 1 batch following recipe quantities to the letter
