we were casually talking about food, and cooking and I accidently mentioned that I can cook a roast lamb that is to die for...! I remember eating one, but not cooking it myself.
My in laws have a professional kithen, and I will be cooking this weekend. Need any adivce on roasting a leg of lamb to perfection, will be cooking for 6 people, need a really simple recipe to follow, and a real low % of failure.
