I've been reading old posts on Il Mulino, and wondered why it might still cost $125-200/person if one asks for the prices of specials beforehand. I went to IM once a number of years ago, and plan to return shortly.

What is the bolognese sauce at IM like?

Also, what is the by-the-glass selection like, in quality and pricing?
