Can anyone identify this herb / these greens? [SOLVED]

During my time living in England, I've had the depicted Sainsbury's ready meal a couple of times. (While nothing beats home cooking, I have to say that British ready meals still taste much better than their German counterparts... but German supermarkets are disappointing in general - good luck finding chicken thigh fillets here... or non-streaky bacon... or peach schnapps... sorry, I'm rambling.)

The point is, I was quite intrigued by whatever the green stuff is that they've sprinkled the rice with, tastes quite good and I could imagine using it the next time I cook rice (provided it's available in Germany) but I'm not sure what it is, even after going through the list of ingredients, which reads as follows:
Water, British Chicken Breast (26%), Jasmine Rice, Fortified Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Rapeseed Oil, Onion, Coconut, Garlic, Cornflour, Sugar, Ginger Puree, Salt, Spring Greens, Desiccated Coconut, Chicken Extract, Coriander, Tomato Puree, Turmeric, Mustard Powder, Yeast, Wheat Gluten, Flour Treatment Agent: Ascorbic Acid, Cayenne Pepper, Cumin, Fenugreek, Fermented Soya Bean, Rice Flour, Wheat, White Pepper, Ginger Powder, Carrot, Leek, Parsley, Bay Leaf Powder, Rice Vinegar, Fennel, Paprika, Nutmeg.

Maybe some of you have seen it before and can readily identify it. Thanks in advance!


Thanks everyone, you were right - it seems like those are spring greens indeed, prepared as "crispy seaweed" which seems to be a thing in the UK. "How to Cook Spring Greens" on says that "[d]espite its name, 'crispy seaweed' is actually made out of spring greens". I found a recipe which says that collard greens and kale would work as well, link attached to this post. I will give this recipe a try and I encourage you to do the same - this stuff alone makes plain rice so much less boring!
