Help identify this chile sauce from Szechuan House in Towson/Lutherville

bmorecupcake | Mar 25, 201505:22 PM     9

I recently attended a lunch catered by Szechuan House: http://www.goszechuanhouse.com/

I took home a container of chile sauce. I can't stop eating this sauce, all I need is steamed rice and I'm good to go. The sauce has whole or large chunks of black peppercorns, but somehow these have been rendered to have a pleasant, crunchy bite and not be overlt pungent. Does anyone know what this chile sauce is called?
