I took home a container of chile sauce. I can't stop eating this sauce, all I need is steamed rice and I'm good to go. The sauce has whole or large chunks of black peppercorns, but somehow these have been rendered to have a pleasant, crunchy bite and not be overlt pungent. Does anyone know what this chile sauce is called?
