Ideas for a birthday party (table of 6) for this Sat night (Canoe is closed, Auberge du Pommier is booked)

mskatsam | Jan 22, 201507:52 PM     11

I am planning a last minute birthday party for Saturday night. Price is not an issue. I am looking for classy, upscale restaurant that can accommodate a last minute reservation.

Canoe or Auberge du Pommier would have been preference. Ideally it will be a downtown location. We prefer tables that are not on top off each other.

We have enjoyed Mideastro, Hy's, Harbour 60, Buca, Sunday brunch at Ritz Carlton, the Chase and Colette.

We will not go to One or Windsor Arms.

Bymark may be too dim (basement).

Any suggestions? I am thinking Toula or Toca. Both are easy for my out of town guests.
