I'm going to be in Taos next weekend and am dying to eat at a restaurant I ate at the last time I was there, two years ago. I can't remember the name of the place or exactly where it was.
It was outside of town, didn't take reservations (there was a long line of people waiting for seats), had a dirt parking lot, and a large outdoor eating area that was fenced in and had lots of colored lights outside. The restaurant itself was very small inside, not a lot of room to eat in. The food was reasonably priced, and the place had a very unpretentious vibe. There were many framed articles in the back of the restaurant, near the bathrooms. The food was fantastic, especially the posole.
Can anyone ID this place?
