ICYMI (and I did!) one of the most unusual pastas of Italy -- only 3 people left who know how to make it

I was in one of the very few restaurants in the world that serves su filindeu, handmade in the centre of Sardegna, and didn't order it because I didn't see it on the menu. (It's possible that they only began serving it after I visited).
