Are there any coffee shops you would recommend?

I'm not interested in cold brew iced coffees. Cold brew is lost on me.

I've been to Blue Bottle, Joe , Cafe Grumpy and Birch on past visits, but I think I've usually visited in the fall when I drink hot coffee, or I ordered cold brew in the summer.

I noticed Pi Bakery in SoHo comes up for Greek frappe.

I'm interested in the gussied-up iced coffees, rather than cold coffee with milk, and I don't mind if they contain sugar.
