OK. The weather is getting warmer and ice cream is in my heart. So far, I am an addict of Cones (272 Bleecker St.). They serve a very gelatto-like substance that they call ice cream. The lines on warm days are justified and it is worth the wait.
But where else do I need to go in Manhattan (preferably below 23rd street) for great ice cream? Creative flavors (a la Chinatown Ice Cream Factory on Bayard) also welcome, but not necessary.
