The other day I had one of the greatest combos -- homemade ice cream with fresh Churros.
This was utterly fabulous ... sweet, crunchy, with the warmth of the crullers cutting nicely into the creamy coldness of the ice cream.
Anyhow, I digress. My real question is why are donuts (or any type of fried crullers) not combined with ice cream?
Maybe Krispy Kremes with soft serve?
Cinammon Roll topped with vanilla ice cream?
Bear Claw with chocolate mint?
