ice cream!

The creamiest ice cream I have ever been able to achieve at home is a standard 6 egg yolk custard recipe. However, my boyfriend does not eat eggs and I want to make him some ice cream that has that same creaminess. I always get a somewhat crystally watery mouthfeel (sorry for the terrible diction) when I use just milk and cream

Is there any way to get that same creamy mouthfeel without the eggs?
