I have been waiting for the opening of Hygee Danish Bakery, and I was very happy to know that they were finally open. I stopped by this afternoon. We bought a couple of pastries, a focaccia bread, and a coffee. The pastries were good, and the focaccia was okay. For coffee they only serve Gaviña regular drip.
I think that since I was anxiously waiting for this type of bakery, my expectations were quite high; I think they are still in their soft opening stage, and working some things out. I felt some type of emptiness, like if something was missing. I might be back again, if I am in the area.
