Hu's Szechwan in Palms update and question

After hearing good things about Hu's Szechwan on National I got lunch to go there today. Wonton soup seemed the perfect thing to soothe my cold and it was decent, as were the egg rolls, but I feel I've only given the place the old junior college try. Can anyone recommend specific dishes they are known for or do particularly well? I was a little dismayed to see "chop suey" on the menu, as I am when I see "ground beef" at a Mexican joint.
