Being a vegetarian, I have been looking for a taco that doesnt resmble ones from Tacho Bell and Del Taco, which have pinto beans as the "meat" of the filling. Hugo's has a soy chorizo and pototo filling that is quick tasty. I had, for two days in a row, their 3 Taco's for $5 which are medium sized soft tacos (you can get hard one's too), filled with soy chorizo, potato, spices, and topped off with onions and cilantro and your choice of a salsa. The salsa's I chose were the Sals Negra, Habanero and Honey Chipotle. I liked the Honey Chipotle the best because of its inherent sweteenes, and smoky flavor, plus a little kick from the spice. Overall, I thought this is a good alternative for vegetarian who want to try something new and tasty!
