Help! Made a huge mistake and cut the pork roast into SLICES...BEFORE roasting...

argh... i didn't quite understand the directions of taking the roast away from the bones before the cooking and then tying them back in and i practically sliced up the roast from the crown down then tied it back together and put it for my 2 day brine...

Have I just ruined the thing? I imagine it will not cook as nice since the juices will be escaping through all the cuts? And maybe it'll be over marinated?

Should I give up now and run to get another roast? I'm going to cry...
