Huang’s World on Viceland

I am really enjoying this show. Eddie Huang is forking Bourdain’s path and doing him one better. It’s really interesting to see the world through the eyes of someone who is blatantly pointing out that most good food is adapted immigrant food; no matter the cuisine or country.

Here’s a post by Eddie on getting jailed in Sicily for trying to educate right-wing nationalists on Sicily’s immigrant food. http://www.grubstreet.com/2016/05/edd...

I’m sure Viceland, ever itching their hip, vice-y vibe would be appalled that this old lady likes so much of their programming. I really like Huang’s World, Weediquette and Woman with Gloria Steinem. The other food show, F*ck, That’s Delicious is sadly awful and I find it impossible to watch that dullard drip food in and on his beard.
