Couple months ago, I picked up at random a bag of Hsin Tung Yang brand sliced dry noodles at 99 Ranch on Skyline. Found out that they had good flavor and texture--I really loved the ruffly edge of the noodles. Went back to buy some more but they weren't there anymore. 99Ranch had other varieties of Hsin Tung Yang noodles but lacking the ruffly edge. A conversation with a 99Ranch employee got me nowhere.

Found them on Amazon, but not sure I love them enough to pay $20

Has anyone happened to notice these noodles elsewhere in the Bay Area?
