Prime Boneless London Broil Steak $3.49/lb
(I sure with they would open a store in North OC!)
I usually do a pot roast with a 7-Blade roast. Is the "clod" cooked differently than that?
Also, is London Broil any good--have never cooked with it as it is typically maligned as a "bad cut".
Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.
