Houston dining question -- how are my choices

Disneyfreak | Jul 6, 201611:00 AM     7

I am heading to Houston early August for a business conference. I haven't been to Houston in a couple of years. I'm trying to plan my dinners. So far I have dinner reservations at:
Pax Americana
State of Grace
Provisions
Hugo’s
And I'm doing lunch at Brennan's the day I fly out.

I'm from the Northeast. And I like all kinds of food. Other restaurants I was considering were Izakaya and Kata Robata. During past visits to Houston I dined at: Provisions, Batanga, Kata Robata, Vinoteca Poscal, Reef, Hawthorn, Underbelly and Feast.

What do you think of my choices? I will not have a car, but will use public transportation/cab/Uber to get around. I'm staying near the NRG stadium. I am on an expense report and can't spead a lot. My cap is $60 a day for all food. The hotel includes breakfast and I tend to go easy on lunch.
