Something that will keep for a few hours?

I'm coming up to manhattan for the day tomorrow to see a 7 and a half hour movie at the MoMA, and I'm going to need something to eat during one of the two 15 minute intermissions. So basically I need something relatively inexpensive and not extremely smelly that I can keep in my bag from around 2 until 7 or 8, preferably from either Chinatown or around MoMA (Hell's Kitchen would work too).

I'm probably going to try one of those scallion pancake sandwich type things from the Dumpling House on Eldridge for lunch but I didn't know if that's something that would taste okay at room temperature. (If so I could get some soup dumplings for lunch from Shanghai Cuisine and save the pancake for the intermission). I could even take dumplings I suppose but tepid dumplings don't sound so appealing. Is there a terrific Bahn Mi around? I'm open to just about anything that fits the above criteria. Thanks!
