I'm going to be in St. Louis for Twangfest next week. It's a very event packed week, so I'm not sure how many meals I'll even have a choice for, but I'd like to get some recommendations, especially for lunches near the hotel.

The hotel is the Howard Johnson by the airport, and evening events are taking place at the Schlafly Tap Room, the Duck Room at Blueberry Hill and the Pageant, if that gives you an approximation of geography. There's also a bowling thing at Saratoga Lanes one afternoon (and god help me if I have to eat bowling alley food), so something close to there where I can nip out and grab a bite would be great.

Relatively healthy food is a plus, since I know a lot of the people I'll be spending time with are grease junkies. I don't want to spend five days wallowing in fat, so if I'm armed with better choices I may be able to sway some decisions. I'm not hellbent on cheap, but I'm only packing jeans, and most people will either be drunk or hung over most of the time so casual *is* a requirement.
