I am asking who might know of any great hot pot restaurants in the city of SF, or on the peninsula? Once in awhile, just feel like eating fresh vegetables and fresh seafoods in hot pot broth.
Anyone know what makes the broth taste so refreshing and tasty? why is there not enough of this type of restaurant in the neighboring city, is it considered an acquired taste? is it perhaps not a profitable business for restaurant owners to get into?
I have traveled all over Asia and discovered and developed my love for hot pots, tasted all different interesting flavors and also interesting ways to eat hot pot. Now that I am back in the bay area, can't seem to find a place to fulfill my hot pot cravings...Please help me in finding a hot pot place!!
