Anyone else eaten at Everest on Grand? It is in the building previously occupied by The Curry Leaf (I really miss that place, their food was so good).
Anyhow, the Hot Momo's (dumplings stuffed with various meats and/or veggies) with that really nice hot sauce almost make up for replacing The Curry Leaf. Well, not really, but they're good.
The yak meat tasted, to my untutored palate, amazingly like ground beef.
They have goat stew which isn't bad, but I didn't fall in love with it. They've got a lunch buffet and friendly dinner service. Not terribly professional or elegant, but that's not really what this place is all about.
