This morning I walked over to Destination Baking Co in Glen Park and saw my first hot cross bun of the year. I bought one (it was either $1.50 or $2) and, like last year, enjoyed it very much. The texture was a little spongier than I remembered, but it had the right amount of sweetness.
Hopefully this year I'll be able to find June Taylor's HCB's, which I've still yet to try.
