I need to eat more health for breakfast. For me it usually fruit and breakfast sandwich. Fruit not bad but breakfast sandwich not the most healthy.
And as the weather gets colder my thoughts turn to warm bowls of breakfast cereals.
My usual rolation is:
Steel cut oats (raisins, cranberries, maple syrup)
grits (salt, pepper, hot sauce)
I am sick of both as I ate a lot of these in Nov.
I would appreciate other thoughts...
just bought kashi. I figure I can add warm milk to it see how it goes. I also bought trader joes mixs grain breakfast cereal (wheat, barley, oat and rye).
