For the past couple of years, Robert Horton, former chef/owner of long-running An American Bistro in Crestwood and Tuckahoe, has been bringing his talents to the kitchen at The Quarry in Tuckahoe on weekends, much to the delight of locals who had been regulars at AB before it closed. I guess he could not stay out of the business entirely. Old customers and new should be happy to hear that Robert Horton & family have opened a new eatery on Beekman Street in Sleepy Hollow called: TBoy's Bistro, serving an eclectic American/Italian menu. What, no meatloaf? I do not see it on the opening menu. It had been a mainstay at the former place. Looking forward to a visit...www.tboysbistro.com
