Taking a month to visit these cities in Oct -- first time to Asia! Researched the boards and have many notes, thanks to all of you!
As a solo traveler, it's hard to sample as much of the cuisines as I'd like, as I have just a moderate appetite quantity-wise yet an abundant interest in tasting and sampling!, and it seems so many dishes are served in quite ample portions meant for sharing.
Thinking that visiting local markets, food stalls would be a good way to see and taste a much larger variety in smaller portions. Any recommendations?
