I've been playing around making homemade trio bars from this recipe (http://powerhungry.com/2011/09/homema...) with brown rice syrup and they're delicious. However, they are sticky. If I freeze them I can at least cut them up and get them off the foil, but they go back to being a sticky mess. What can I add/change to make these stay solid at room temperature? I'm open to trying different syrups, but from what I've read (aside from arsenic concerns) that brown rice syrup is one of the best as for as getting bars to stay together.
