i would like to move away from the typical resto talk ,and focus on an even better topic ,that is on homemade sausage ,cured meats cheese recipes ,i know there is lots out there .any one can buy over prised foods .this is for those that make there own .i for one am very proud of my parma ham (proccuito).any one out there with a good recipe for this topic .thanx
