I have been on an ice cream making kick, so I thought it would be cool to buy some of my own pint sized freezer containers. Problem is, when I put the ice cream in the containers straight from the mixer to harden, all the toppings sink to the bottom of the container. I made a really delicious version of cherry garcia, but all the chocolate chunks sunk! Any ideas how to avoid this? The texture seemed fine when it came out of the mixer. Thanks!
