I love cottage cheese. I go through so much of it I'm wondering if it might be worth it to try and make it at home. Has anyone given this a go? Any pointers? Or should I just say to heck with it and continue to amass a pile of used cottage cheese containers every week? I hope this topic isn't redundant, I did a search first and didn't find much. Thanks a lot for your help.
oooooh, you could also tell me how you like to eat your cottage cheese. I like the fatty 4% of course with some frozen organic blueberries and peaches with some fresh cracked pepper. so good. I've also made a rhubarb marionberry compote and plopped some on top. When it all mixes together I have a bowl full of crazy purple creaminess.
The brands that I like most are Horizon (because it's organic), Cabot's and Friendship.
